The Strawman: Ways to avoid the wicked web of Admiralty Law

As this became a topic of interest amongst enough people, I am happy to share my experiences as well as those I have come across if it benefits others. Taken from the book “Be the one to Execute Your Trust” by David Robinson.

When in the Public, you have to be prepared to act as they expect. To me that means identify yourself if required. In most cases it is not required, and you cannot be made to, but you could then end up in jail for 72 hours until they identify you. They tried that on a Native woman here and jailed her as a “Jane Doe”, and while she was in jail they went through her stuff and found a drivers license and took it to her and said: Is this you? She said “Are you nuts do I look like a piece of plastic to you”? They finally let her go because she would not identify with the strawperson identity.

On another occasion she was jailed for digging clams; when she went to court she took a basket with a straw figure in it with the drivers license, registration and other papers and said: “I am here fot that matter and I have SHARON with me. Sharon is property of the state, and I have her here to turn over to you”- again they let her go. So it all comes down to Status and Who you are; knowing who you are, and if needed, defending who you are. Some can do that, others cannot. Also you have to be willing to go through the process while sticking to your guns, that almost always includes a brief stay in jail. Just the embarassment of being arrested is enough to deter most. Are you like most, or not?

You need your strawman to operate in commerce. Your strawman has a license to operate in commerce(i.e. drivers license, marraige license, handgun license, etc.) A license is as good as you want it to be, by your permission. When there is a fine or misuse of your license, you need to them switch the strawman to the living soul with the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Operating without a license in commerce is a commercial crime. We need to learn how to become the administrator or agent for the strawman and conduct his/her commercial affairs without getting personally involved.

My mistake was to follow the words and example that was given to me by a man whose teachings were irresponsible and disengenuous. He scratched the surface but only so much to get others to want to do the same even though he himself did not drive around without a license. Let’s call him “savid draight”to keep things moving along. So as I was flexing my Right to Travel I kept with me a folder of paperwork to show I was not operating in commerce, I had a quick two sentences to say as I got pulled over on the front of my folder with the inside packed with case law, Supreme Court rulings, you name it. I thought it was sufficient to keep me safe and soon found out the opposite. The problem is that every instance is unique and you have to be able to confidently hold your ground with the officer.

Each time you get pulled over is another chance to educate them in the law. Well my first piece of advice to all is to know the laws of your state and city prior to traveling. Not only are you having to avoid certain words that help you fall into their trap, you need to know what their allowed to do or prohibited from doing. For my city, the ordinances allow police to make arrests for traffic violations. Not at all the place you want to be flexing. The rules and statutes they go by are in favor of the police because it is a major source of revenue for the city. Many cities have ordinances that run on the constitution and only give citations for traffic violations, which allow you time to correct the problem before it grows. Many just want to make money. The important thing to know is your right to challenge jurisdiction. This is huge because even after a conviction one can challenge jurisdiction.

So this incident became as big a problem as could be, because I was determined not to back down an inch. So after being arrested and fined for five violations of commercial law, I was gonna fight. Well that’s not what they want, they funnel everyone into making a decision right away when you show up to court on the date given. They instantly push the option to take a plea, making a plea is giving the court subject matter jurisdiction and entering you into a contract. Everything is about getting you into a contract. They take a complaint, turn it into a charge, trie the man/woman on the charge, render judgement which is a civil action. See the complaint is always against the ALL CAPS strawman but when the living soul accepts the claim it validates the contract.

You either accept the judgement by your silence or your signature when you sign. Or by admitting you understand(stand under) the judgement or appealing to a higher court which presumes you have agreed to the judgement prior to making your appeal. There is no point to argue law or codes, rules, regulations, statutes when the contract already makes the law in your case; by your self confession. Well I was determined not to leave the courthouse for once feeling like I was fisted by the long arm of the law. Although I have taken many lumps in the matter, I have also delivered a few haymakers of my own. I took the damn thing to trial and got the magistrate to vacate the bench. Kick ass right, no not so much because I wasn’t aware I could walk out scott free. I also was executing a plan I made to accept the judgement and issue a bond for payment.

Anyhow I have all the juicy details to share about my trial later. I was a pork chop going into the experience and became a threat during it all, and have yet to write the last chapter ending the ordeal. But you the reader will gain all the knowledge I can share to make the decision on how you wish to deal with the courts and the Admiralty Laws they go by. I have copies of every document that I drafted signed and notarized before sending it registerd mail to the court. I was more organized and effective than ever before.
